I’m so pleased with how this Notecards & Tags Gift Set turned out!
I wanted to showcase the new 2021-23 In Colors and thought the Perennial Petals Dies would be a perfect partnership before they retire at the end of June. Initially I used In Colors Cardstock for the flowers but wanted a more subtle look so I used our blending brushes on the edges. I layered each of the notecards with the In Colors cardstock, just enough to get a little pop of colour behind the Basic White layer.
The base of the box was looking a bit plain so I decided to emboss the front section with one of the Greenery Embossing Folders. Fresh Freesia and Soft Succulent are 2 of my favourites of the new In Colors and they compliment each other perfectly! And of course, Stampin’ Up! included some beautiful coordinating In Color accessories! I’ve used the Open Weave Ribbon and In Color Jewels on the box, cards and tags.
I just love, love, love the new Tailor Made Tags Dies! There are 2 designs and you get 4 sizes in each so they’re great for layering. The dies also contain the cute elements to go around the hole. They’re so versatile as they can be used for cards and 3D projects as well as tags and I’m going to be using them so much in the coming year!
