My lovely Dad celebrated his 70th birthday yesterday so of course I wanted to make him a special card!
I fell in love with Painter’s Palette when I first saw the new catalogue and thought it’s perfect for those tricky ‘guy’ cards! Here’s how I made it…
Use 1/2 sheet of A4 Pool Party Cardstock for the base. Add an angled piece of 3 ¾ x 4 ½ Bermuda Bay Cardstock. Stamp the easel image in Archival Black Ink onto a 3 ¼ x 4 ½ piece of Whisper White. Randomly stamp the paints spatters in Night Of Navy, Bermuda Bay and Pool Party and layer onto the card. Cut the numbers from the Large Number Framelits in Silver Glimmer Paper. Finish with the super cute Bermuda Bay hearts from the Brights Enamel Shapes and Bermuda Bay 1/8″ Stitched Ribbon. Happy birthday Dad! xx
